Alex, who is from Bray, is the Managing Director at Top Staff Recruitment. With a foundation in marketing & sales, having also worked in the hospitality industry previously; he specialises in identifying personal and professional branding and how the two combined can produce a highly productive and long term working partnership.

Paul Grehan

Senior Recruitment Consultant


Paul has a wealth of experience in Hospitality spanning 20 years and is currently overseeing the Leinster & UK region at Top Staff. Hailing from Dublin, Paul has worked with some of the leading Hotel brands including Rezidor; Fitzpatrick Hotels; Talbot Hotel Group and The Merrion. With a foundation in Food & Beverage, he has a keen eye for talent and along with his experience as HR Manager, understands the needs and culture of each individual property, and the importance of aligning the right fit candidate.

Conor’s career spans 10 years with a background in Events and Food & Beverage. Highlighting that Hospitality is all about the people, Conor applies his philosophy in identifying perfect match personalities and skills to opportunities. Coming from Galway, Conor looks after the west coast, from Munster to Connacht where he has built up a strong network of progressive talent.
